1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between Netta and any individual or
entity ("User") using the Flow Master platform. By registering for or accessing Flow
Master, the User accepts and agrees to comply with these terms.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Flow Master is an AI-powered workflow operating system offered as a SaaS. It includes
various plans:
• Demo: Time-limited free trial as defined by Netta.
• Basic / Pro: Subscription-based pricing calculated per user.
• Enterprise: Custom plan provided upon request, including potential on-premise
deployment.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Payments are processed via iyzico. Netta does not store card details directly. Card
information is securely stored and managed by iyzico. Users can upgrade, downgrade, or
cancel plans via the platform.
4. DATA STORAGE
All user data is stored on AWS Cloud infrastructure in the production environment. Netta
takes all reasonable measures to ensure security and compliance.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users agree not to:
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Access the platform using automated systems not authorized by Netta.
• Use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
6. SUPPORT & AVAILABILITY
Netta commits to respond to any critical issues, bugs, or support inquiries within 24 hours
(not necessarily to resolve them).
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Netta shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of Flow
Master. Users are solely responsible for the use of the platform and any consequences
thereof.
8. TERMINATION
Netta may suspend or terminate access if the User violates these terms or poses a threat to
platform security.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be
resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
10. AMENDMENTS
Netta reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be informed via the platform or
email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
