1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy describes how Flow Master collects, uses, and protects user data. By
accessing or using Flow Master, users agree to the terms of this policy.
2. DATA WE COLLECT

Name, email address, organization name
Login credentials (via SSO providers)
Workspace and platform activity
Integrations metadata (e.g., calendar events, emails, tasks)
Usage analytics and preferences
Support inquiries and communications
3. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Flow Master supports secure integrations with third-party platforms including but not
limited to:
SSO Providers: Google, Microsoft, Okta
Email & Calendar: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook
Project & Task Tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com
CRM Systems: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho
Communication Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
Additional integrations may be added in the future.
All data accessed from these platforms is subject to the user’s explicit authorization via
OAuth 2.0 and is used solely to deliver platform functionality.
4. USE OF DATA
We use collected data to:
Authenticate users securely
Display calendar events, emails, or task-related content inside the platform
Enable collaboration, assignment, reminders, and automation
Improve platform performance and user experience
Provide technical support
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Flow Master is a B2B platform. All user data is tied to an organization account.
When an organization account is deleted (either by the admin or via contract
termination), all associated user data is automatically and permanently deleted.
Users may also request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us
at info@flowmaster.io.
In all cases, data is fully removed from our systems within 30 days of the deletion
request or organization termination.
No user data is retained beyond the duration of the active service.
6. DATA SECURITY
We take industry-standard security measures to protect user data, including:
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
Access controls and authentication policies
Hosting on secure AWS infrastructure
Internal audit and monitoring of data access
7. USER DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Flow Master may access user data from integrated third-party services (such as Google,
Microsoft, Slack, and others) to provide its core functionality. Examples include:
Email metadata and content (e.g., from Gmail or Outlook)
Calendar events
Tasks and projects from platforms like Jira, Asana, Trello
CRM-related data from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho
Communication metadata from Slack or Microsoft Teams
All such data is accessed only with the user's explicit consent through OAuth 2.0 flows.
We do not:
Use third-party user data for advertising
Sell or share user data with unauthorized third parties
Retain user data longer than necessary for delivering requested functionality
Data obtained through these integrations can be permanently deleted upon user request or
when the related organization account is terminated.
8. SHARING OF DATA
We do not sell or rent user data.
We only share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g., AWS, Iyzico) under strict
contractual and security agreements.
9. USER RIGHTS
Users have the right to:
Access their data
Correct inaccuracies
Request data deletion
Withdraw consent for third-party integrations at any time
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified via email or platform
message. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised policy.
