1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. By placing an order electronically on our platform, the Buyer acknowledges and
agrees to the preliminary information form and this Distance Sales Contract.
1.2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and
the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other
applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of products or services.
1.3. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be borne by the Buyer.
1.4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the individual or organization at the
address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. In the event of failure
to deliver within this timeframe, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
1.5. The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the
specifications stated in the order, along with any applicable documentation such as a
warranty certificate and user manual.
1.6. If the product becomes unavailable, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing
within 3 days of becoming aware of the issue. The total amount must be refunded to the
Buyer within 14 days.
2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENT
2.1. Flow Master operates on a subscription basis with the following tiers:
Demo Plan: A time-limited free trial.
Basic and Pro Plans: Paid monthly or yearly subscriptions calculated per user.

is!only!available!through!direct!agreement!between!Netta!and!the!Buyer.!A!
separate!written!contract!is!required!for!activat ion.!
2.2. Subscription fees are processed through iyzico. Netta does not store card
information. Card data is securely managed by iyzico.
2.3. The subscription can be terminated at any time via!an!email!sent!to!
info@flowmaster.io!from!the!account!owner’s!registered!email!address.. By
subscribing, the Buyer acknowledges and consents electronically to this contract and all
conditions therein.!
3. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR
3.1. If the Buyer fails to make the payment or cancels the payment record at the bank, the
Seller is no longer obligated to deliver the product/service.
4. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS
4.1. If the credit card used for payment is found to be used fraudulently by unauthorized
individuals, and the bank does not transfer the funds to the Seller, the Buyer must return
the product to the Seller within 3 days at the Seller's expense.
5. DELAYS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
5.1. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer will be notified.
The Buyer can request cancellation, a replacement, or a delay in delivery.
5.2. If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded within 14 days.
Depending on the bank, the refund may reflect in the account within 2–3 weeks.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery
date by notifying the Seller via email or in writing. There is no requirement to provide a
reason.
1. 6.2. For service purchases, the withdrawal period begins from the signing of the
agreement. If service execution has started with the Buyer’s explicit approval before the
withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
6.3. Products must be returned in unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and
invoice.
6.4. If the returned product was purchased under a promotion or discount campaign, the
discount may be revoked.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS
7.1. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the Seller must return all collected fees
and debts within 10 days and accept the product back within 20 days.
7.2. If the Buyer has caused damage to the product, they are liable for compensation
proportional to their fault.
8. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
8.1. Items such as hygiene products, disposable goods, digital content, or customized
items that cannot be resold are non-returnable if opened or used.
9. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
9.1. Bank Transfer or EFT can be made to our Garanti Bank TL account (IBAN: TR85
0006 2001 3320 0006 2983 07).
9.2. Credit card payments can be made via our platform using one-time or installment
options. The charge will be processed immediately after the order is placed.
10. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
10.1. In case of default on credit card payments, interest will apply as defined by the
bank. The Buyer will be liable for legal fees and damages incurred by the Seller.
