1. SCOPE
This document outlines the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund policy for purchases
made through the Flow Master platform. By placing an order electronically, the user is
deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and this policy.
2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This policy is governed by Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the
Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).
3. DELIVERY AND FULFILLMENT
Purchased products/services are delivered digitally or physically as defined in the
product description.
The legal delivery period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If fulfillment becomes impossible, the buyer will be notified within 3 days and
refunded within 14 days.
4. PAYMENT ISSUES AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
If the buyer does not pay or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller is not
obligated to deliver the product/service.
In the case of fraudulent credit card usage, the product must be returned by the buyer
within 3 days at the seller's expense.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
In unforeseen events preventing timely delivery, the buyer will be informed and may:
Cancel the order,
Request a replacement product,
Postpone delivery.
In case of cancellation, the refund is processed within 14 days to the bank. Transfer to the
buyer's account may take 2–3 weeks depending on the bank.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
By activating and using the platform with your organization account, you agree that the
performance of the service has begun, and therefore the right of withdrawal may not
apply under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Buyers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification.
For services, the 14-day period begins on the contract date. If the service starts with
consumer approval before this period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be
exercised.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email, registered mail, or other written
channels.

7. RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
The product must be unused and returned with its invoice.
Corporate buyers must issue a return invoice.
Original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
8. REFUND CONDITIONS
The seller must return the total price and any binding documents within 10 days of
receiving the withdrawal notice.
The buyer must return the goods within 20 days.
If the product is damaged due to buyer fault, the buyer is liable for the reduction in
value.
If a campaign discount was applied and the returned item brings the total below the
campaign threshold, the discount will be voided.
9. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following cannot be returned if packaging is opened or they are used:
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, swimwear)
Software, digital content, and downloadable items
Products that cannot be separated from others after delivery
Services performed with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends
10. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
In case of payment default, the buyer is responsible for interest and legal expenses per the
credit card agreement. The buyer agrees to cover damages incurred by delayed
performance.

Credit card payments can be made in a single transaction or in installments as
available via the website interface.
